Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture is seeking a seasoned Workplace Leader to manage global facilities strategy, EHS alignment, and end-to-end real estate operations. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Workplace, Facilities, or Real Estate management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workplace operations and infrastructure across locations.
• Oversee real estate lifecycle including site selection, lease negotiation, and move-in.
• Lead and mentor a global team of 10–15 FTEs and select BPOs.
• Identify opportunities to insource services and reduce third-party dependency.
• Oversee office builds and renovations to ensure on-time delivery and brand standards.
• Balance hospitality with operational efficiency to optimize the in-office experience.
