Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC seeks a Senior Workplace, Facilities, and Real Estate leader to drive global real estate strategy, EHS compliance, and workplace operations across multiple locations. You will manage budgets, vendor contracts, and internal teams to deliver best-in-class spaces that support business goals.

The role requires 7+ years in Workplace/Facilities/Real Estate, 3+ years in people management, and proven experience leading multi-city footprints.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Workplace, Facilities, or Real Estate management.
• 3+ years in direct people-management with hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Experience managing multi-city/global footprints across regulatory environments.
• Deep knowledge of commercial leasing structures and end-to-end construction projects.
• Proficiency with complex spreadsheets and cost-benefit analyses; ROI presentation to executives.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills; distilling data into executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage OpEx and CapEx budgets and oversee vendor contracts to maximize value.
• Identify opportunities to insource and reduce external agency dependence.
• Lead a global team of 10–15 FTEs and select BPOs; upskill internal staff.
• Partner with JV leadership on real estate strategy; site selection and lease negotiation.
• Oversee office build-outs and renovations to time, budget, and brand standards.
• Balance hospitality with operational efficiency to enhance workplace experience.
