Job summary

TikTok is seeking a seasoned communications professional to join the Global Trust and Safety Communications Team. You will collaborate with Product, Trust and Safety, Legal, and Public Policy to develop and execute global campaigns that clearly communicate our safety commitments for TikTok Shop.

The role focuses on proactive storytelling, media outreach, and consistent messaging across markets, time zones, and cultures, while guiding cross-functional teams on safety communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in communications.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-market campaigns from concept to execution.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with ability to distill complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global communications campaigns for TikTok Shop.
• Work with Product, Trust & Safety, Legal and Public Policy to align messaging.
• Act as primary media contact on safety issues and train spokespeople.
