Helmerich & Payne seeks a Senior Manager, Global Real Estate based in Tulsa to lead real estate, workplace, and administrative services globally. You will partner with leaders, IT, and vendors to deliver seamless workplace experiences and drive strategic office initiatives.

The role oversees master planning, lease negotiations, space planning, and project execution across multi-site locations, balancing cost, quality, and employee engagement.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of facilities management experience in a multi-tenant international environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
• Commercial Real Estate License desired.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, space planning, project and vendor management.

Responsabilidades

• Drive a high-standard, customer-service-based culture to support executives and internal units.
• Interface with leaders, executives, and IT to align services with business objectives.
• Lead the Office Services team at the Tulsa Corporate Office and set KPIs.
• Oversee property selection, leasing, design initiatives, and renovations.
• Manage budgets for facility projects including labor, equipment, and materials.
