Job summary

Helmerich & Payne, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to coach leaders and employees across U.S. units while aligning people strategies with business goals.

You will translate needs into action, partner with COEs and global stakeholders, and lead organizational design, performance and talent programs to drive change and ensure inclusive hiring across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 8‑10 years of HRBP experience.
• Global organization experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strategic partnership between the business and HR as a coach and change leader.
• Translates organizational needs into plans of action to achieve goals and strategies.
• Partner with leaders at all levels, COEs, Corporate Services, and global stakeholders to deliver HR programs across the organization.
• Drive change and implementation of Organization Design, Performance Management, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Employee Relations and Compensation programs.
• Work closely with Staffing and Recruiting to ensure diverse and inclusive hiring practices.
• Develop workforce and succession plans that support local and enterprise objectives.
• Provide change leadership to support new initiatives and reorganizations.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with internal groups.
