Weatherford is seeking a Global Real Estate Senior Manager to develop and execute the company’s worldwide real estate and facilities portfolio strategy across owned and leased properties. You will govern site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, leases, contracts and construction to support growth and efficiency.

You will partner with senior leaders, oversee governance and performance data, and drive cost optimization, compliance and a consistent company image across geographies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive corporate real estate and facilities experience.
• Experience managing a geographically dispersed portfolio of owned and leased properties.
• Proven experience negotiating complex leases and transactions.
• Experience leading renovations, capital projects and portfolio analytics.
