Helmerich & Payne is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to design, analyze, and optimize comprehensive total rewards programs. You will leverage strong analytics to deliver insights, support regulatory compliance, and improve program effectiveness.

Location: Tulsa, OK On-Site; you will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to manage pay structures, benefits, and retirement plans while maintaining data confidentiality and accuracy.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 4–7 years of progressive experience in total rewards.
• Advanced Excel, HRIS, and Workday experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze total rewards programs including compensation, benefits, retirement, and leave.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and models for leadership and employees.
• Coordinate with vendors across benefit and retirement plans; manage SLAs.
