Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of facilities management experience in a multi-tenant international environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
• Commercial Real Estate License desired.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management, including leasing, space planning, project management, and vendor management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence executives, vendors, and employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Service Delivery & Leadership: drive a high-standard, customer-service culture and align office services with corporate objectives.
• Lead and develop the Office Services team at the Tulsa Corporate Office; establish KPIs for support functions.
• Facilities & Space Management: manage global office space allocation and real estate strategy across locations; coordinate installations and IT infrastructure.
