Helmerich & Payne (H&P) in Tulsa, OK seeks a Senior Manager, Global Real Estate to oversee property management, leasing, and workplace services across US and international locations. You will lead the Office Services team, coordinate with executives and IT, and ensure strategic alignment with business objectives.

The role requires 10+ years in facilities management, strong vendor and project management, and travel up to 20%. A CRE license is desirable and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of facilities management experience in a multi-tenant international environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
• Commercial Real Estate License desirable.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, space planning, project and vendor management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives, vendors, and staff.
• Proven customer-service orientation with a track record of quality internal support.
• 3–5 years of people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated analytical aptitude and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Service Delivery & Leadership to support executives and internal units.
• Interface with leaders, executives, and IT to align office services with objectives.
• Develop the Office Services team and establish performance metrics.
• Manage global real estate strategy including site selection and build‑out.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor contracts, and office operations.
