Agfa HealthCare is seeking a Field Service Engineer to manage and support AGFA imaging systems in the assigned territory. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth deployments in hospitals and clinics.

The role requires hands-on experience with DR imaging equipment, strong communication, and the ability to travel overnight within the US and Canada. A technology degree and relevant certifications are valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technology field.
• 5+ years of field work in a technical customer support role with imaging systems.
• Experience with x-ray equipment and DR/RIS software is preferred.
• Willingness to travel overnight within the US and Canada.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all AGFA imaging equipment in assigned territory; perform maintenance and field service bulletins.
• Assist peer Field Service Engineers out of territory when needed.
• Provide feedback on performance, reliability, and design issues to the US DR product team.
• Plan, execute, and validate installations with Project Management and Installation Team.
