UKG is seeking a Director, Global Process Owner – Record-to-Report to define the future of UKG’s R2R capabilities. You will partner with Finance, IT, and external partners to modernize accounting through AI, automation, and digital tools. Lead a multi-year transformation aligning with enterprise priorities.

You will build governance, standards, and a roadmap to achieve efficiency, scalability, and strong controls across the end-to-end accounting value chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 10+ years leading finance transformation and process initiatives.
• Expertise in Record-to-Report processes, close, and controls.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation in global orgs.
• Roadmapping involving ERP, close, reporting, governance tech.
• Strong understanding of AI and automation in finance.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for global R2R.
• Lead transformation to simplify processes and modernize work.
• Partner with IT, AI, and automation teams to drive modernization.
