UKG is seeking a Director, Global Process Owner – Record-to-Report to lead the future of UKG’s R2R capabilities. This role partners with Finance Digital Enablement and the CAO to modernize processes through AI, automation, and digital technologies, delivering an efficient, scalable, and compliant finance function.

You will define operating models, governance, and a multi-year transformation roadmap, driving measurable business value and strong controls across global finance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in Accounting/Finance Transformation or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in Record‑to‑Report processes and controls.
• Experience with ERP, financial close, reporting, and governance technologies.
• Strong ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Experience in technology or SaaS environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define the future-state Record‑to‑Report capabilities and roadmap.
• Lead transformation initiatives to accelerate financial close and reporting.
• Partner with IT, AI, and automation teams to drive digital enablement.
• Govern a multi-year R2R transformation portfolio and realize value.
• Build strategic relationships with Accounting, Finance, IT, and governance groups.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing transformation team.
