Job summary

UKG, a leading workforce operating platform, seeks a Director of Global Process Owner – Record-to-Report to redefine global R2R processes. You will lead transformation, partner with Finance, IT, AI, and external vendors, and shape the operating model for scalable, compliant financial close.

You’ll drive governance, standards, and enterprise capabilities while delivering measurable business value and process excellence across UKG’s global finance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Accounting, Finance Transformation, Enterprise Process Management, Digital Enablement, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in Record‑to‑Report processes, accounting operations, financial reporting, close management, and internal controls.
• Proven success leading large‑scale business process transformation and technology modernization initiatives within complex global organizations.
• Experience developing roadmaps involving ERP, financial close, reporting, and governance technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long‑term vision, strategy, and roadmap for UKG’s global Record‑to‑Report processes.
• Define future‑state business capabilities, operating models, governance structures, and process standards.
• Lead transformation initiatives to accelerate financial close, improve productivity, and strengthen controls.
• Partner with IT, AI & Automation teams to adopt AI, automation, and digital technologies in Finance.
