Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in Accounting/Finance Transformation, Enterprise Process Management, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in Record-to-Report processes, accounting operations, financial reporting, close management, and internal controls.
• Proven success leading large-scale business process transformation and technology modernization initiatives within complex global organizations.
• Experience with ERP, financial close, reporting, and governance technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define the future-state operating model and roadmaps for UKG's global Record-to-Report processes.
• Lead transformation initiatives to accelerate financial close, improve productivity, strengthen controls, and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Partner with Finance, IT, AI & Automation to drive AI, automation, and digital innovation.
• Develop and manage a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with Finance strategy and enterprise priorities.
