• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Deep expertise in Record-to-Report processes and financial close.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for UKG’s global Record-to-Report processes.
• Lead transformation initiatives to simplify processes and modernize ways of working.
• Drive AI, automation, and digital innovation to improve efficiency and controls.
• Own the multi-year transformation roadmap and align it with Finance strategy.
• Build partnerships across Accounting, Finance, IT, Internal Audit, and leadership to realize value.

Education
