Job summary

UKG is seeking a Director, Global Process Owner– Record-to-Report to define the future-state operating model and lead a multi-year transformation across Finance. You will partner with IT, AI & Automation, and executive leaders to modernize accounting through process innovation and digital technologies.

The role drives strategy, governance, and value realization, shaping enterprise standards and performance metrics while delivering measurable improvements in close cycles, controls, and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Accounting, Finance Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in Record-to-Report processes, accounting operations, and internal controls.
• Experience leading large-scale business process transformation and technology modernization within global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define the future of Record-to-Report and develop the long-term strategy and roadmap.
• Lead transformation initiatives to accelerate close, improve productivity and strengthen controls.
• Champion AI, automation, and digital innovation within Finance operations.
• Establish governance, portfolio management, and value realization across the program.
• Partner with IT, AI & Automation, and external partners to evolve platforms and capabilities.
