Job summary

UKG is seeking a Director, Global Process Owner – Record-to-Report to define the future state and lead transformation across Finance. Reporting to the Vice President, this role partners with the Chief Accounting Officer to modernize accounting through process innovation, AI, automation, and digital technologies.

The Director will own the multi-year R2R roadmap, establish enterprise standards, and drive governance and value realization across global platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA, MBA, or related advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Accounting, Finance Transformation, or Digital Enablement.
• Deep expertise in Record-to-Report processes, close management, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Define the Future of Record-to-Report with a long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for global processes.
• Lead transformation initiatives to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and modernize ways of working.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate financial close, improve productivity, and strengthen controls.
• Partner with IT and AI teams to adopt AI, automation, and digital technologies responsibly.
