Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group in Brentwood, TN invites a seasoned finance leader to become Global Process Owner, Record to Report. You will drive end-to-end R2R processes, establish global standards, and partner with Finance, IT, and executive leadership to deliver governance and optimization across geographies.

This on-site role offers executive visibility within a global shared services setting, exposure to ERP initiatives (Oracle), and a clear path to leadership and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent English language proficiency is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business.
• Deep expertise in Record-to-Report processes including close, GL, reconciliations, consolidations.
• Experience with Shared Services or Global Business Services.
• Oracle experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the global process owner and strategic authority for all R2R activities.
• Define, document, and enforce global process standards and governance.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and leadership to drive end-to-end transformation and automation.
• Establish KPIs and SLAs to measure health and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor finance professionals within a Shared Services model.
