Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in science or related discipline.
8+ years in pharmaceutical industry publications/communications.
5+ years leading strategic publication plans in pharma/biotech.
Experience leading cross-functional publication teams and tracking deliverables.
Experience aligning publication plans with medical strategy and regional needs.
Experience managing multiple publication projects and timelines.
Experience communicating strategy, progress, risks, and metrics to senior leaders.
Experience managing external agency partners and budgets.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Lead long‑term publication plans aligned with medical strategy and portfolio priorities.
