Job summary

You will lead strategy, ensure compliant communications, manage budgets and teams, and collaborate with internal scientists, journals, and external bodies.

A strong pharmacovigilance and AI-enabled workflow knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with research experience.
• 5+ years in publications or medical communications within pharma.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Broad understanding of drug development processes.
• Working knowledge of AI/LLM concepts in scientific publishing.
• Experience designing and scaling AI-enabled workflows with measurable impact.
• CMPP Certification and familiarity with publication systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic publication plans for global clinical studies and real-world sources.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues, investigators, journals, and external bodies.
• Ensure ethical compliance with AZ standards and external guidelines.
• Lead integrated external scientific communications for regional affiliates.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources in a global organization.
