Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, pharmacy, allied health, medical communications or related field.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical publications/medical affairs.
• 5+ years creating strategic publication plans in pharma/biotech.
• Experience leading cross-functional publication teams and managing timelines.
• Ability to align publication plans with medical strategy and regional needs.
• Experience handling multiple publication projects and risk escalation.
• Strong communication of strategy, progress, risks and metrics to leaders.
• Experience managing external agencies, budgets, and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of long‑term publication plans aligned with Global Medical Plans.
• Direct matrix teams to connect asset plans with portfolio and therapy area strategies.
• Ensure timely execution of publication plans per policies and quality standards.
• Collaborate with an Associate Director overseeing specific assets or books of work.
