Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a strategic leader to own the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP). You will drive lifecycle management, partner compliance, and scalable enablement across GSI, MSP, and SI networks.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in PS partner programs and a track record influencing senior stakeholders. This role reports to the VP, Global Professional Services and emphasizes cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct experience in Professional Services (PS) partner program development and management.
• Executive presence with experience interacting at executive levels and driving strategic initiatives.
• Industry expertise in building and managing partner enablement systems for Global PS business.
• Organizational navigability with global cross-team collaboration across GSI, MSP, and SI environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; practical experience welcomed.
• Strong understanding of program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead, build, and manage the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP).
• Enforce participation requirements to meet Rubrik’s standards for service delivery and technical proficiency.
• Collaborate across PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Engineering Manager.
• Work with GSI, MSP, and SI partners to develop and scale partner tracks.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and program evolution.
