Job summary

Rubrik in the United States is seeking a strategic leader to develop and manage the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP). You will own the program lifecycle, drive compliance, and foster cross-functional collaboration to scale partner delivery.

The role requires 7–10 years in professional services partner programs, executive presence, and global stakeholder management across GSI, MSP, and SI ecosystems. A bachelor's degree is expected; practical experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Professional Services partner program development and management.
• Executive-level interaction with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience building and managing enablement systems for Global Professional Services.
• Experience partnering across GSI, MSP, and SI environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Rubrik PS Partner Enablement program, establishing world-class partner standards.
• Drive governance and compliance to meet Rubrik’s service delivery and technical standards.
• Collaborate with global practice leaders, Rubrik University, and Services teams to align enablement goals.
• Work with GSI/MSP/SI partners to scale specialized partner tracks.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, program evolution.
