Job summary

Texas A&M University Education Abroad Office seeks a Project (Operations) Coordinator II to support international education initiatives, coordinate long-term project plans, and assist with office operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education or experience.
• Four years of related experience in project coordination or administration.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and executes long-term project plans. Coordinates operational activities for various program types.
• Coordinates and executes daily office operational activities and processes payments.
• Supports staff with student fee postings, tracking, withdrawals, and refunds; enrolls students and program leaders in the international insurance plan.
• Oversees day-to-day functions, which may include supervising student workers.
