Job summary

Tetra Tech, Inc. invites applications for a Project Associate, International Programs in Marlborough, Massachusetts. This early-career role supports the Global Services Design Team in designing, developing, and implementing infrastructure programs for U.S.

government and international clients. You will assist project startup, reporting, and travel coordination while gaining exposure to multidisciplinary teams, proposals, and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, International Studies or related field.
• Two years in project assistant or project-based environment.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Support project startup activities and develop project workplans.
• Prepare project reports, letters, and deliverables.
• Coordinate travel, meetings, and document management.
• Assist in budget monitoring and financial tracking.
• Attend client meetings and capture notes and actions.
