Job summary

Tetra Tech in Boston is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil PE) to lead municipal water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure projects from planning through construction. You will oversee budgets, schedules, client relationships, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results.

The role focuses on technical leadership, design oversight, and mentoring junior engineers while expanding Tetra Tech's presence in New England.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering and a PE license.
• Minimum 5 years in civil infrastructure or water/wastewater.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel ~15% to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of municipal water/wastewater projects.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, and process disciplines.
• Provide technical oversight and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and support business development.
