Job summary

Partners for Public Good seeks an Associate to drive the design and execution of local government infrastructure projects. You will report to a Project Leader on the Infrastructure Team and coordinate with partners to deliver concrete results across procurement, staffing, budgeting, and technology.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, plus travel 7–10 times per year. Location is flexible within the U.S.; full-time employment with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Three or more years delivering public infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Willingness to travel at least 7–10 times per year.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement day-to-day project deliverables such as procurement solicitations and work plans.
• Lead project management, coordination with government and nonprofit stakeholders, and workshops.
• Develop and share templates, memos, and reports; coach and advise partners.
