Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, International Studies or related field from accredited college or university.
• Two years of project assistant, project-based, or consulting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Assist in project startup activities including developing workplans and safety and quality plans.
• Support project management teams with reports, deliverables, and design materials.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and visa requirements; monitor budgets and financial tracking.
• Prepare client meeting materials and capture notes and action items.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation and templates.
