Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Project Associate, International Programs in Marlborough, MA. This early-career role supports the Global Services Design Team across project startup, reporting, travel logistics, and coordination with management teams to ensure efficient project execution.

You will help prepare designs, analyses, drawings, and documents, maintain templates, and assist in closeout and proposal support. This position offers hybrid work and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, International Studies or related field.
• Two years in project assistant or project-based/consulting environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a reliable, collaborative mindset.
• US Citizenship or ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project startup activities and set up management systems.
• Prepare project reports, deliverables, and client meeting materials.
• Coordinate travel, visas, and logistics for project activities.
• Support project budget monitoring and financial tracking.
• Maintain project documentation and templates; ensure quality control.
• Attend client meetings and capture notes and action items.
