Job summary

Tetra Tech in Marlborough, MA seeks a Project Associate for International Programs. This full-time hybrid role supports project startup, reporting, travel coordination, and budget tasks within our Global Services Design Team, serving US government and international clients.

The position is based in Marlborough with a two-day remote option. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain documentation, and contribute to project lifecycle activities, gaining exposure to infrastructure

Qualifications

• Educational background as stated: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, International Studies or related field
• Two years of project assistant or project-based/consulting experience recommended
• Strong time management to meet deadlines and priorities
• Proven communication skills, written and verbal
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residence; background screening required

Responsibilities

• Support project startup activities including developing workplans and safety/doc quality plans
• Prepare project reports, letters, and deliverables; assemble design deliverables
• Maintain project templates and documentation organization; perform quality control reviews
• Assist in travel coordination: bookings, visas, medical clearance
• Support budget monitoring and financial tracking; prepare RFIs and client meeting materials
• Coordinate with internal GLS groups (finance, contracts, HR, engineering)
