Job summary

Fusion Life Sciences is seeking a Project Manager for Warsaw, Indiana. You will lead end-to-end project management across planning, execution, testing, and go-live phases, ensuring projects run on time, on budget, and within scope.

You will work with business leaders and PMO governance to develop master plans, monitor performance, and provide training on PM tools. A PMP and manufacturing operations experience strongly strengthen candidacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum four years of related experience required.
• Significant manufacturing operations experience required.
• Project management certification (PMP) strongly preferred.
• Six Sigma or Lean Sigma certification strongly preferred.
• Experience leading multiple cross-functional and inter-site project teams within operations.
• Proficient with project management software.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience in a medical device regulatory environment or similar regulatory environment preferred.
• Knowledge of the medical technology industry and competitive landscape strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide project management capability for implementation of small to large scale solutions through detailed project plans and teams.
• Develop and maintain the Master Project Plan and Schedule.
• Achieve project milestones and ensure governance and compliance of PMO methodology.
• Drive portfolio management to identify, prioritize, and select opportunities for value and alignment.
• Collect and analyze project performance data, including budget, and report via dashboards.
• Lead documentation and tracking of project reviews.
• Mitigate and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and conflicts.
• Assist and coordinate change management activities.
• Provide consulting and PM support to other functions globally.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Finance, IT, HR to ensure budgets, metrics, QA/compliance, and security requirements.
• Act as a change agent for continuous improvement across clients, sites, and processes.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
