The role requires strong communication, PMO process knowledge, and experience in manufacturing or regulated environments. A PMP and Six Sigma background are highly valued, with an emphasis on governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required or equivalent.
• Minimum four years of related project management experience in manufacturing/medical devices or similar.
• PMP certification strongly preferred; Six Sigma/Lean experience advantageous.
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and governance across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate with PMO and business leaders to track progress and communicate status.
• Manage scope, requirements, testing, validation, and go-live activities.
• Develop and maintain master project plans and dashboards for executive visibility.
• Train project participants on PMO tools and processes.
