Job summary

Amaris Consulting seeks a Project Manager to lead projects from planning through testing, deployment, and post go-live support. You’ll coordinate business, technical, and operations teams across locations while ensuring budget and scope adherence with strong governance.

You will work with leaders, sponsors, and internal teams to plan activities, manage resources, and report performance, balancing risks and delivering value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Psychology, Business, or related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across locations and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiatives from initiation to completion within PMO framework.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and resource plans.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and performance indicators against budget.
• Coordinate across operations, quality, finance, IT and HR teams.
• Identify risks, issues, changes, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Prepare dashboards and regular management updates on progress.
