Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our top client for an opportunity in Warsaw, IN.

The role involves managing detailed project plans within a manufacturing environment, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead multiple project phases from planning through go-live, develop schedules, monitor milestones, and report on performance, risks and issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• 4+ years of project management experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient with project management software and MS Office.
• Experience leading cross-functional, inter-site teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments, preferably in medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Manage detailed project plans and oversee execution.
• Develop and maintain schedules and monitor milestones.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and PMO adherence.
• Track and report performance, risks, and issues.
• Support change management across departments.
