Job summary

Mainz Brady Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide governance and coordination for multiple complex manufacturing and operational initiatives. This PMO role focuses on schedules, dependencies, milestones, risks, and program health across workstreams.

You will drive proactive risk management, maintain master schedules, and report progress to leadership, without hands-on engineering duties.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related project management experience.
• Strong experience managing multiple concurrent project plans, schedules, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience developing and managing Gantt charts, master schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and project metrics.
• Strong understanding of PMO governance and structured project management methodologies.
• Significant experience within manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and inter-site teams without direct authority.
• Strong risk identification, escalation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to communicate project health and complex dependencies clearly to both project teams and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee multiple project plans and workstreams simultaneously, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
• Maintain a holistic view across Gantt charts, schedules, milestones, and dependencies, including plans managed by others.
• Develop and maintain master project plans and integrated schedules.
• Monitor progress to identify on track, behind, or downstream dependencies.
• Proactively identify and elevate risks, issues, roadblocks, scope changes, and schedule conflicts.
• Drive resolution of blockers by coordinating with project owners and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to PMO governance, methodologies, processes, and reporting standards.
• Track milestones, metrics, budgets, resources, and delivery performance.
• Provide dashboards, status reporting, and project health updates to PMO and leadership.
• Coordinate activities across Operations, Quality, Finance, IT, HR, Engineering, and other functions.
• Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help establish and improve project management best practices, tools, and processes.

Project Manager - Manufacturing Operations / PMO

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to provide project governance and coordination across multiple complex manufacturing and operational initiatives. This role will sit within the PMO and focus on bringing multiple project plans together to provide leadership with a holistic view of schedules, dependencies, milestones, risks, and overall program health.

This is not a hands-on engineering role. The Project Manager will not be responsible for engineering execution, protocol generation, or technical documentation. The focus is on project management, governance, schedule coordination, risk management, and keeping multiple workstreams aligned and moving forward.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and oversee multiple project plans and workstreams simultaneously, ensuring they align with broader program objectives.
• Maintain a holistic view across multiple Gantt charts, schedules, milestones, and dependencies, including plans managed by other team members.

What We're Looking For

• Strong project management software and Microsoft Office skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Psychology, or a related field; master's degree/MBA preferred.

• PMP certification or formal project management training.
• Six Sigma or Lean Sigma certification.
• Medical device, MedTech, or another regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing large-scale manufacturing or operational programs across multiple sites.
