Job summary

PerkinElmer's Project Farma team in Pennsylvania seeks a PMO-Manager to lead capital projects from design through commissioning, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget targets across cross-functional engineering, construction, CQV, and startup workstreams.

The role reports to the Regional Vice President, mentors project managers and staff, travels domestically for client work, and partners with clients to deliver high-quality life sciences projects that improve patient lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of capital project experience, 3 in regulated industries.
• Experience leading projects in the $500k - $2M TIC range.
• Willingness to travel for client assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of capital projects up to $5M TIC in regulated life sciences environments.
• Provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle – from design through operational readiness to closeout.
• Coach and manage project managers and staff; ensure budget, scope, and schedule adherence.
• Interface with clients, EPC/EPCM partners, and vendors to ensure alignment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards (e.g., cGMP, OSHA).
