Job summary

Aequor Warsaw, IN is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale manufacturing transfer and site transfer initiatives onsite. You will drive projects from planning through execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget results in regulated environments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management, scheduling expertise with MS Project/Smartsheet, and certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma. Relocation is acceptable and collaborative governance is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Experience leading manufacturing transfer, product transfer, or site transfer.
• Strong scheduling and planning skills with MS Project or Smartsheet.
• Experience in regulated industries, preferably Medical Devices.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Develop and maintain Gantt charts and dashboards.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, IT, and Finance teams.
• Drive governance, stakeholder communication, and change management.
• Develop and maintain the Master Project Plan and Schedule.
• Collaborate with business leaders to track project performance.
