Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our top client for an opportunity in Warsaw, IN.

The role involves managing detailed project plans within a manufacturing environment, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead multiple project phases from planning through go-live, develop schedules, monitor milestones, and report on performance, risks and issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• 4+ years of project management experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient with project management software and MS Office.
• Experience leading cross-functional, inter-site teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments, preferably in medical devices.

IDR is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Warsaw, IN. This role involves managing the details of project plans within a manufacturing environment, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead multiple project phases from planning through go-live.

Position Overview for the Project Manager:

• Manage detailed project plans, oversee project execution, and coordinate with business leaders and project teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to PMO methodology.
• Track and report project performance, risks, and issues through dashboards and reports.
• Support change management activities and collaborate with various departments to meet organizational objectives.

Requirements for the Project Manager:

• Bachelor's Degree (Masters Degree, MBA preferred) in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum four years of related experience in project management within manufacturing operations.
• Proficient with project management software and MS Office applications.
• Experience leading cross-functional, inter-site project teams with results-oriented performance.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory environments, preferably in medical device or similar industries.
