Job summary

Fusion Life Sciences Technologies LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead on-time, on-budget delivery of complex medical device projects within the PMO framework. You will coordinate global teams, manage scope, risks, and budgets, and drive governance across multiple sites.

The role requires manufacturing and medical device experience, PMP or equivalent certification preferred, and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field; PMP preferred.
• Minimum four years of project management experience in manufacturing or medical device environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional and inter-site project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project plans, budgets, scope, and timelines.
• Develop Master Project Plan and Schedule; track milestones and metrics.
• Govern PMO methodologies, risk management, and change control.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Finance, IT, and HR to ensure alignment.
• Provide training and documentation for project teams and stakeholders.
