Job summary

Relativity in the United States is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Global Business Operations team. You will lead enterprise-wide programs, shaping strategy and translating it into concrete plans, while coordinating with executive sponsors and IT, Finance, Legal, and other functions.

You will influence without authority, provide clear updates to senior leaders, and drive alignment across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives
• Proven ability to lead without authority and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems
• Ability to operate autonomously and bring structure to ambiguity
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors
• Surface dependencies and resolve conflicts across teams and systems
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and hold partners accountable
• Partner with GBO teammates and other business units
• Build integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
• Identify risks early and drive decisions to resolution across priorities
• Run governance, steering committees, logs, and escalation paths
• Deliver concise, decision-oriented updates to senior/executive leadership
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve program delivery across GBO
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed
