Responsibilities

• Own complex global programs from scope through go-live and handoff.
• Build and drive the program plan with requirements, workstreams, owners, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate with People Ops, People Systems, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Tax, IT and other teams.
• Communicate updates to executives and employees during changes.
• Create repeatable infrastructure and SOPs to scale future programs.
