Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Program Manager for its Legal Engineering organization to scale the operational infrastructure behind a fast-growing GTM function. You will partner with Legal Engineering, Sales Operations, Product, and leadership to translate priorities into executable programs that drive measurable outcomes.

The role focuses on designing end-to-end programs, building scalable processes, and leading change initiatives across regions.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of program management experience in a high-growth tech or professional services environment.
• Ability to design and deliver cross-functional programs from concept through execution.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence across a distributed organization.
• Experience with change management, process design, and operational scaling in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end programs that support the Legal Engineering team's operational rhythm.
• Build and maintain processes, tooling, and documentation to enable consistent regional operations (US, EMEA, APAC).
• Drive change management initiatives as the organization scales, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
