Job summary

Harvey is seeking an experienced People Operations leader to own and drive global programs across new entities, markets, and integrations. You’ll partner with People Ops, Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, and more to ensure successful execution.

You’ll translate complex objectives into actionable plans, manage risks, and maintain a high-quality employee experience through periods of rapid growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Hands-on operating style with bias toward action.
• Strong stakeholder management and judgment.
• Clear, direct executive communication.
• Strong AI fluency and ability to leverage AI in work.
• Experience with global People infrastructure such as geographic expansion, entity formation, M&A integration.

Responsibilities

• Own complex global programs from scope through go-live and handoff.
• Build and drive the program plan with requirements, workstreams, owners, risks.
• Connect the dots across functions. Partner with People Ops, People Systems, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Tax, IT, and others.
• Own program communication and change management for executives and employees.
• Build repeatable infrastructure as we scale with templates, SOPs, and playbooks.
• Keep the employee experience at the center during high-change moments.
