Job summary

Harvey is seeking an experienced program leader to own complex, global, cross-functional initiatives spanning People operations, Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, and more. You will define requirements, build plans, and drive execution end-to-end, including new entity formations, M&A integrations, and geographic expansion.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
Hands-on operating style with bias toward action and ownership.
Strong stakeholder management and judgment across functions.
Clear, direct executive communication with non-technical audiences.
Strong AI fluency as a core part of how you work.

Responsibilities

Own complex global programs from scope through go-live and handoff.
Build and drive the program plan with clear requirements, owners, dependencies, and readiness gates.
Connect the dots across People Ops, Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, Payroll, and other teams.
Own program communication and change management with crisp updates for stakeholders.
Build repeatable infrastructure and templates to scale future programs.
Keep the employee experience at the center during high-change moments.
