Job summary

Harvey is building the next generation of professional services with a global People Operations program team. You will own cross-functional programs from initiation to go-live and handoff, aligning multiple functions and driving execution with a hands-on approach.

You’ll partner with People Ops, Finance, Legal, IT, Payroll, Tax, and other teams, ensuring a smooth employee experience during complex market entries and acquisitions. Strong AI fluency is a must.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in global People infrastructure.
• Hands-on operating style with bias toward action and practical execution.
• Ability to align multiple functions without formal authority.
• Clear, direct executive communication and decision-point presentation.
• Strong AI fluency and use of AI to improve output quality.

Responsibilities

• Own complex global programs from scope through go-live and handoff.
• Build and drive the program plan with clear requirements and dependencies.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Finance, Legal, IT, Payroll, Tax and more.
• Own program communication and change management for employees.
• Create repeatable infrastructure and SOPs for future programs.
• Keep employee experience at the center during high-change moments.
