Job summary

Harvey is seeking a seasoned People Operations leader to own and drive complex, global programs spanning entities, markets, and integrations. You will coordinate across People, Finance, Legal, IT, and Tax to deliver end-to-end solutions that scale with the business and maintain a strong employee experience.

You’ll translate strategic needs into actionable plans, lead cross-functional teams, and continuously improve processes with a bias toward action and decisive execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs, with experience in global People infrastructure such as geographic expansion, entity formation, M&A integration, or related work.
• A hands-on operating style and strong bias toward action. You dig into the substance, step into gaps, and do what’s needed to keep complex work moving.
• Strong stakeholder management and judgment, with the ability to align specialists and senior leaders across functions without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own complex global programs from scope through go-live and handoff, including new entity formation and geographic expansion, M&A integrations, and ongoing evolution of infrastructure in existing markets.
• Build and drive the program plan, translating objectives into requirements, workstreams, owners, dependencies, readiness gates, and decisions.
• Connect the dots across functions by partnering with People Ops, People Systems, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Tax, IT, and other teams.
• Own program communication and change management, from executive updates to communications for employees affected by a change.
• Build repeatable infrastructure as we scale, creating templates, SOPs, playbooks, and operating processes.
• Keep the employee experience at the center during high-change moments like entering new markets or integrating an acquired team.
