Job summary

Harvey is seeking a hands-on Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that span People Operations, Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, and other teams. You will own programs end-to-end, defining requirements, building plans, and driving execution to go-live, including new entity formation, geographic expansion, and M&A integrations.

You’ll collaborate closely with functional experts, surface risks, and deliver crisp executive updates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Hands-on operating style with bias toward action.
• Strong stakeholder management and judgment.
• Clear executive communication and ability to distill complex programs.
• Strong AI fluency as a core work approach.

Responsibilities

• Own complex global programs from scope through go-live and handoff.
• Build and drive the program plan with clear requirements, workstreams, owners, and dependencies.
• Connect the dots across functions with teams like People Ops, Finance, Payroll, Legal, IT, and Tax.
• Own program communication and change management for employees affected by changes.
• Build repeatable infrastructure and templates for scaling future programs.
• Keep the employee experience at the center during high-change moments.
