Job summary

Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Global Business Operations team. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, partnering with executive sponsors and IT, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.

You will shape strategy, translate it into clear plans, and drive outcomes with influence rather than authority. You will manage governance, report to senior leadership, and build integrated roadmaps that align scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives.
• Ability to lead without authority and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience delivering enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution.
• Background with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping to execution with measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success metrics, and priorities with executive sponsors.
• Surface dependencies, resolve conflicts, and align teams toward common goals.
• Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority while building trust.
• Partner with GBO and other business units to drive program outcomes.
• Build integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks early and drive decisions toward resolution.
• Run governance with steering committees and decision logs.
• Communicate updates to senior leadership with clarity and concision.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and continuously improve delivery of programs.
