Job summary

Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Global Business Operations team. You will lead enterprise‑level programs, connect executive sponsors with IT, Finance, Legal, and business units, and shape strategy into clear, actionable plans to drive company‑wide outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.

You will influence without direct authority, partnering with senior leaders to manage roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and risks while delivering governance and updates with clarity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, cross‑functional programs
• Ability to influence without authority and align senior stakeholders
• Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven track record delivering enterprise‑level programs from strategy through execution

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution with measurable outcomes
• Define program strategy, success metrics, and priorities with executive sponsors
• Act as a cross‑functional integrator, surfacing dependencies and resolving conflicts
• Lead via influence, building trust without direct authority across teams and partners
• Partner with GBO teammates and other business units to align stakeholders
• Create integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timeline, dependencies, budgets, and resources
• Identify risks early and drive decisions to resolution across priorities
• Run governance with steering committees, decision logs, and escalation paths
• Communicate with executive presence, delivering concise, decision‑oriented updates
• Bring structure to ambiguity and continuously improve delivery of programs
