Job summary

Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Global Business Operations team. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, shape strategy, and translate plans into actionable outcomes.

You will work with executive sponsors, IT, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders, guiding programs from strategy through execution and ensuring alignment across teams. You will influence without formal authority, maintain executive-level communication, and drive governance structures to scale

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead without authority and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication at senior/executive levels.
• Proven success owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.
• Autonomous decision-maker with ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment experience.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; ability to choose the right approach.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution with measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors and senior leaders.
• Surface dependencies, resolve conflicts, and align teams across workstreams and systems.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, building trust and accountability.
• Partner with GBO teammates and serve as a trusted partner to other business units.
• Build integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks early, propose tradeoffs, and drive decisions to resolution across priorities.
• Run governance: steering committees, decision logs, escalation paths.
• Communicate with executive presence, delivering concise, decision-oriented updates to leadership.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve program delivery across GBO.
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
